Help me pick out a new LCD TV

I'm going to buy a new TV next month and for the digital transition, because I only have free OTA TV. I mainly use my TV to watch movies (Divx, DVDs, and Blu-Ray in the future) and play video games, but there are a few OTA Tv shows I watch, like SNL.

I'm going to buy a PS3. I noticed a feature it has is 24p and the only TVs I have seen advertising this is Sony. Are there other TVs with 24p support?

My TV stand is 46" long so the TV length has to be < 46"

Minimum tv size is 40"
I have been looking at the Sony KDL-40XBR7

Requirements
1. 10 bit pannel
2. 120Hz refresh rate
3. length of tv must be < 46"
4. Screen must be >= 40"
5. LCD
6. < $2k
7. 24p support?

Features I want to have in the tv
1. ability to play Divx movies via USB

Thanks in advance

All 120hz LCDs should be able to do 5:5 pulldown of 24p material.

You should be able to play all your movies off the PS3. Never mind the TV.
