Help me pick out a 17" - 19" LCD From Wallmart, Kmart or Target-

Here is the situation
Through a housing assistance program I may be getting a brand new free LCD monitor but it has to be from Wallmart, K-mart or Target - (for some reason it is the only places they have accounts with
Any suggestions on what to get and at what store? (Monitor needs to be 17" to 19")

KDS Rad 7 if they have it. (Walmart used to sell them.)

How is the KDS Rad 7 for gaming?
Is it a comparable monitor to say the dell 1901FP?
Does it have DVI?

It's not as good as Dell lcds and I'm pretty sure that it does not have dvi. It's not the greatest for gaming but it's not that bad.
