I bought a XFX 7850 and it blew my asus p6t deluxe v2 mobo. Asus said it was because it was a 3.0 card and the asus mobo could only handle 2.0.... Which i thought was complete bs... So i went ahead and ordered a gigabyte z77x mobo, the card blew it as well, and the card now smells burnt. So apparently it was a faulty card from the beginning... This is the last XFX product I will buy, I've had trouble with them before. I need a card just as powerful as the 7850 or better but it has to have two monitor outs and be very reliable. Any suggestions?

Thanks

That's absolutely ridiculous that they would tell you that your motherboard blew up because you were running a 3.0 card on a 2.0 motherboard. eVGA support is very good from what I hear. You might be interested in the GTX 660 which is set to be released soon.

I can't find a 7850 that has two monitor outs other than the XFX...

I need the card now... My main computer is down and I need it back up... What's the eta on the 660? Will it be better than 7850? Or 670?

I'm pretty sure every 7850 supports up to 3 monitors. If you mean DVI ports, you can probably get adapters and some cards come with them.
