help me pick a sub woofer...

Yeah, none of those will be particularly good. If your budget is in the mid $150s, the Dayton is probably as good as you'll get. If you can go up to the $250 range, you can then get into something much better such as the X-Sub or Bic H-100

The Mark Seaton designed Scamp-10 (internet only), mentioned in the previous subwoofer thread, looks like the one to get in that price range.

Speaking from experience I have had the the BIC H-100 for a little over a year and I love it. It is in a large room and fills it real well.
