Help me pick a power supply

OS

Lifer
MBM 5 shows my 3.3 volt line sagging as low as 3.06 volts. I need another power supply. My current one is some generic shaft 300W, I think I want an Enermax one, which model do I get? I would like it to be a quiet one. My current system is as follows

dual celeron 400 (not o/c)
Abit BP6
384 mb ram
20 gig maxtor 7200 rpm
45 gig wd 5400 rpm
V3 2k
12x10x32x iomega
50x acer cdrom
2x toshiba DVD
various PCI/ISA cards
half a million USB devices (8 actually)

How much are you willing to pay?

Also, long term what system specs do you want to run?

Any 300W + Enermax should suit your needs, get a whisper if you want really quiet, but the basic Enermax is not noisy

Anything under 100 dollars is fine. Future upgrades aren't very important, I intend to keep this system as long as it will run current apps (I don't game). By then we'll all need 1 kilowatt power supplies anyways. So quiet is more important than upgradability.

Is that 450 watt one significantly louder than the 350 one? If I'm paying up, might as well go all the way?

i have an antec psu. works fine. pretty quiet, but i can't tell because of all the noise from all my other fans. you can't go wrong with enermax either.

I was just reading up on this. The Antec 303 is only approved for 900MHz Athlon. None of the Enermax are approved for over 1GHz. Anyone know what the process is for AMD to approve a PSU for a certain speed?
