av8 with an amd athlon 3000 64 processor.
ocz 3200/400 dual
ultra power supply 500 watts
maxtor 120g 7500rpm
nvidia 64mb
 
go into windows click start/all programs/ then choose Overclock ... hahh j/k

if you check zebos stickie this should give you some good grounding then any other little bits that you need filling in ppl will help you with...
 
i would get clockgen downloaded, and cpuz (just google them) and them play around with them in accordance to what others say, dont go for anything matcho, bair in mind you need to monitor temps at all times, the vcore will have to be raised when overclocking, the memory timings and speed will also have to be appropriate and make sure you test for stability at all times 🙂
