Here's the specs:
-Retail E6300 Core 2 duo.
-Gigabyte 965P-S3, NOT DS3.
-OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Special Ops Edition Urban Elite 2GB kit.
-I am running RAID 0 on the secondary controller on board SATA with 2X 250GB Seagate 7200.9 drives.
-Soundblaster Audigy 2.
-eVGA 7800GT 256MB.
-Hauppauge WinTV card.
-Promise ATA133 controller to run my DVDR drives and 2 ATA HDs.
My BIOS setup:
7X460FSB.
Running the RAM at 920Mhz, 2.0V, with system memory multiplier @ 2.0. I am hoping I can run it 1.5 ratio b/c I think the RAM is holding me back.
Vcore: 1.375V, RAM: 2.0V, everything else is default and I am running RAM at Cas5/5/5/12 as OCZ specs.

The system will boot at 7X500FSB @3.5Ghz but not stable at all. So the most stable is around 3.2Ghz with 7X460FSB. I think the RAM is the hold back and wonder if I can some how run the RAM at ratio 1.5 instead of 2.0? I only see the ratio of 2.0 in the BIOS but the Easy Tune 5 shows that you can go lower at 1.5 ratio.
I noticed that all of these guys running the E6300 at 3.5Ghz and wonder what kind of RAM they have.
The weird thing is if I increase the voltage to 2.2V the system will crash and if I lower the voltage to 2.0V then it's stable at 3.2Ghz.

Thanks.

With that ram you are doing good. With PC 8000, I get 3.4-3.5 on my 2 machines. Haven't quite nailed it down further (stability testing), but looking like 3.43 or so.
