can someone help me.
I install my Windows XP on my fastest computer but my mobo was burned up and now i want to put my Windows XP on another computer
but when i install it on my other computer it doesnt go to windows. it always show the blue screen that says somthing. The computer that im installing was DELL 850MHZ.. Can you help me with that problem pls?
 
Is it giving you an "inaccessible boot device" message by any chance? Windows 2000/XP installations cannot be transferred from one system or another. I believe it has something to do with the hal. I think one of the faqs deals with this issue, but your best bet is to reinstall windows.

EDIT: Are you just moving the HD from one system to another, or are you actually installing it on the dell?
