Help me name my position

Right now I'm a project/maintenance coordinator, but that's a really bulky name. What I do is manage projects in an industrial setting (decrease downtime, decrease labor cost, etc.) which includes random stuff like lab/lunchroom renovations. I also do some part ordering and am trying to learn/implement a preventive maintenance system.

What should I be called?

you have a proper title it perfectly describes what you do or you could roll it all into just project manager.
