HELP ME: my roommate stinks and I dunno what to do about it

damn Bleep...... LMAO..... i got tears in my eyes now (and it's not the smell behind me)....

Yamaha, i really can't peg the scent, i think BO would be the closest description.... sometimes it's so strong though it doesn't seem like it.... smells like really strong pepper....

Divine, i don't think he wears a belt, but i wouldn't rule out an article of clothing since the smell follows him....

The sprays and stuff work temporarily, but i need a more permanent solution.... like the bigass box of baking soda.... i was even thinking about one of those sharper image type things that cleanses the air....

any thoughts?

2 things come to mind as to ways to handle this...

1:
Buy a stack (like 6) cans of deodorant and just leave it on his desk. Only a MORON or JERK wouldn't get the hint.

2:
You've got a few smartass friends don't you? You know, the ones that don't give a crap about people's feelings and just come right out and tell'em stuff? Invite some of THOSE friends over and let them have a FIELD DAY with this guy (This is ESPECIALLY effective if they're girls!)

This is WAR! He's the enemy. Are you going to DO something? or just admit defeat and move out of YOUR Dorm room?

thanks a lot for your help guys....

lately the situation has been improving.... he's been spending lots of time out of the room so the stench has subsided greatly...

next time it starts back up I think I will try the hot-girl-insult thing.... what sucks is whenever he's in the room he has headphones on so I hope he hears what they say....

btw, what does ozone smell like?

Damn this thread is funny. But seriously, I know what you're going through. My youngest brother's room used to stink really bad. My mother, brother, and I figured it was him, but no such luck. We then discovered it was something in the room and viola it was his comforter. The boy used that thing to do practically everything. And eventually some bacteria decided to colonize it. Nasty smell. If we didn't air out his room on a daily basis, people died.

Perhaps the same thing applies to your roommate. I wish you luck though.
