Hi, I was givin by a friend a stick of ram which i would like some information on. It booted at 256mb but I want to know the speed and the cas. The ram has no stickers on it. On the chips, it has the following:

Thanks. I guess it's cas 3 at 133. hm.. can I mix the registered ram with non-registered ram? Would I be able to run this at cas 2 at 100mhz?
 
Download, install, and run AIDA32. Go to its Motherboard section, then click on SPD. That should tell you a bit more about what the RAM was rated to run. Really nifty utility set.
