Help me identify this soft rock song from around 2008....

Here is what I do know...
-It is performed by a male singer/songwriter. I believe he performs it by himself with his guitar.
-I think the performer is from Nashville, TN. I know the song definitely has the lyrics "Nashville" in it.
-The song was a hit, in the sense that I've heard it a few times on the radio. I'll definitely know it if I hear it.
