I found a WLAN card, but I can't find the specs for it. All is that the part is NEW and it was from dell. It saids "Dell Wireless Mini-Card and intel pro/wireless mini-card" in this booklet, but I need the specs. I don't want to open anything, if possible.

The cards in an anti-static bag, so I can see the mac address and

Why do you doubt that it's a wireless card?
Have you tried looking for information at the Dell support site?

I tried, but there were A LOT of matches. Who said I DOUBT it's a wireless card? I just want to get the specs and sell it as new.

The Intel part no is under the Dell sticker on the card.
Without removing the sticker, you have no idea what card Dell was re-branding ant any particular time.

I've found that selling an "unopened" item on eBay is a bad idea. I had one buyer tell me that there was a large scratch on the back of an item that I sold unopened. I had no way of knowing if that was true or not, since I'd never opened the package before.

"Never used, opened to verify content" is fine with most buyers, I think.

Well, then you have many choices :>

1390 WLan minicard
1490 dual band minicard
1505 draftn minicard
1395 wlan minicard

Id probably guess the 1395 card

Does it have a Dell part Number ? If so maybe it can be id'd from that ... Post a pix of it ... some clues may be in it.

Do you mind linking me to 1390 and 1395?

Thanks for the help bruce, but the Dell 1390 page doesn't work. I tried searching Dell 1390 and searching the part number: 430-1678. Does it still work for you? If so, do you mind pulling to specs for me ?
