Help me identify a small engine

I'm having problems with my mower and doing searches on the nameplate isn't helping me. Can anyone tell me what kind of engine this is so I can find better info?

If anyone wants to help me with the actual issue, its not getting fuel. The primer bulb is stuck in and when I pull the air filter off and spray some starting fluid in, it starts right up for a few seconds. Last time I went to use it, I took the carb off and pushed the bulb back out with an air blast so it didn't seem like any internal passages were blocked but maybe the air was getting there some other way. When I put it back together it managed to start but didn't run very well (I think I put the linkage back on wrong). I thought I'd gather more info before I proceed this time.

Thanks Zen. I actually just happened to do a search for "95902 engine" on a whim because I noticed that printed on the engine cover and discovered this on my own. It's actually the 3152-01 (as stamped on the side) but I imagine they are the same thing.

As for the oil fill, look at the third picture. That round thing in the middle of the picture is a screw out oil fill/dipstick.
 
I have that exact engine on my mower. Works like a charm with little maintenance, sorry about your luck. Note, I *do* absolutely have to prime the engine with the bulb 3 times to start it cold.
 
I'm just going to get a new carb. Looks like it's about $26. A little searching shows that the problem is typically the gasket/diaphragm but it's probably due for a carb anyways since I never drain the fuel in the winter.

In general, there is nothing in a carburetor that wears out. There's no reason it should need a new carb.

The vacu-jet carbs are ridiculously simple. You're right, it's probably the gasket/diaphram. One thing to watch out for - sometimes the fuel tank warps, making even a new diaphram ineffective.

The reason I mention this is because it would suck to get a new carb, only to find out you need a new tank. If you have a machinist's rule, the tank and carburetor mount is easy to check for warpage with a 0.02 feeler gauge.
 
The primer bulb staying in is almost certainly from dirt. It shouldn't be hard to clean. There's a little screen on the bottom of a pickup tube in the fuel tank, iirc. If that gets jammed with crud, your primer bulb will not be able to refill.
 
Yeah but I already checked that screen when I pulled the carb out originally. I just figure there are some internal passages that are clogged with dried up gasoline residue. There are also some other gaskets and o rings that it would probably be smart to replace.
