ummm those type of people aren't trying to get stacked.

Also the 3 meal a day plan is one of convenience, not optimum fueling.

The reason I was hesitant to eat more chicken and whole milk is because of the Cholesterol issue that I keep hearing about...,, since you guys are still alive/kikin...

switch to 6 cup whole milk: 900 Cal...........Adjusted + 360 Cal

+ 200g chicken: 330 Cal........................Adjusted + 330 Cal

...........................................................Adjusted Total = 2776 Cal

MORE MILK seems to be unanimous. So that is in.

MORE MEAT, honestly for these few months I have already been shocked at how many chickens were murdered to feed me,

BUT I will add 200g more of chicken. I just don't like pork / beef, I'm ok with Lamb, but it's hard to find fresh lamb.

???????? The 1lb per week thing,, IS that 1lb of Fat+Muscle, or mostly fat, or mostly muscle ?????????

I've been doing 1.5 hour workout each day. Alternating upper lower body workout. Cardio session before and after each workout every day. "jump-rope mainly"

skip the cardio. its counter productive to your goals at this point.

You DO have to worry about fructose from processed sources, but very rarely do people eat enough fruit to get a fructose to fiber ratio that makes fructose dangerous. Processed fructose, under all circumstances, should be minimized - even when bulking. Just thought I should clarify that.

Absolutely, I meant the fructose content in fruit. It's pretty hard to eat too much fresh fruit esp. when bulking given that he should be eating lots of greens for his carb intake also.

OP should quit the cardio for now and focus on getting stronger rather than sweating over his BF (6% is darn low) unless he is somehow a weight class competitor in strength sport in which case, he wouldn't need any advice from us.

I'm doing starting strength and drinking a gallon of whole milk every day. Went from 165 to 195 in a month in a half.

it's really not hard to gain weight, you just have to lose your obsession with having abs while you become a normal sized human being.

Oh man.. really?? So I just "can't have abs" if I want to be big?? :(

Yea. I'm actually a bit confused about the whole abs thing.

Currently I have 6, alllllmost the 8 in good lighting haha. I realize I am too skinny"

So you're saying it's just NOT natural to have abs right? as in if I were ever 150,

I couldn't maintain that weight with Abs?

What? It's perfectly natural to have abs. However, if you want to gain muscle, you sometimes have to gain fat. As you gain both, you'll get bigger and will likely lose the cut of your abs (depending on how much weight you gain). You can bulk to something like 155-160, then go into a caloric deficit to lose just the fat. That way when you get to 150, you're 8-10% body fat again and you have both the muscle and the abs that you wanted.

Sure you can...having abs is all about having a lower bodyfat %. The thing is, its difficult to add muscle without adding fat. So you need to accept that at least temporarily, you'll lose your abs. Bulk on the muscle you want, and then cut down the fat till you get the abs you want.

Seeing your abs is primarily about having a low enough body fat percentage. In other words, if there is a layer of fat over the abs, you won't see them.

When you bulk to add muscle mass, you will gain fat as well. For example, when you gain 30lbs on starting strength, anywhere form 10-20 of those pounds could be fat, depending on genetics, diet, sleep, etc. If that fat ends up on top of your abs, then you won't see them as well. On the other hand, you might look significantly better in the end due to the 10-20lbs of muscle added to your body. Moreover, after you finish the bulk, you can do a cut to lose some of the extra fat while retaining most of the newly gained muscle.

It's not that you can't have abs, but gaining muscle and only muscle through a "bulking" phase is pretty difficult. You're bound to gain some fat if you're taking in the kind of calories you need to grow.

If I were you I'd err to the side of eating too much and lifting as heavy as you can.

Later on you can back off on your calories and up your cardio to shed any extra padding you may have aquired through your gaining phase.

I have no idea what you are asking here, but it sounds like you aren't quite getting it. You will have a visible six pack so long as there isn't a layer of fat over it. Whether you are 120lbs, 150lbs, or 180lbs, the six pack will be visible if your body fat percentage is low enough.

Yes but it is unlikely to happen if you bulk straight to 150

you might have to bulk all the way to 160-165 and cut down to 150

because when bulking you typically gain .5-.75 lbs of muscle for every pound you gain.

If you are cutting properly than 85-90% of the weight you lose will be fat.
