Help me get this thing stable...

I have an interesting problem with the following system:

Barton 2500+ @200x11, 1.75v
DFI NFII Ultra Infinity
2x512mb Geil PC3200 (The blue crap), at stock timings (2.5 8-4-4), 2.9v, in dual channel
WinXP Home (Fresh install)
(Full stats listed in my rigs, linked below)
Nvidia 3.13 UDF

Well, my problem is thus. Even at the voltages listed above, I can't get this thing prime stable. It runs just fine (at least, until I start Prime95) at stock voltages (1.65 and 2.65 I believe), so I put the voltages up high just to see if I could get it going. It passes the Small FFT option of the torture test (the one that doesn't really use RAM too much) just fine, but it errors on the first run of the blend option (the one that will use alot of RAM).

The funny thing is, is this memory will run Memtest 3.0 all day (well, 9 1/2 hours) just fine at the above timings, at stock voltages. So, I ask, WTF? Not the most experienced OC'er, so I figured I would ask around. I think that I will try them in single channel mode to see what happens. Is there anything else that might cause a fail besides the RAM itself?

I believe v23 is a beta- seems you have that one, since you say you're running the "blend". try v22 and give that a go. I had isues with v23 on my NF2 mobo.

Thanks, downloading it now. 166x11 went fine, for the short while that I ran it, but, as I was running synchronously, is inconclusive. Im gonna run 166 with the memory at 200 and see what happens, if I don't have any better luck with v22.

Unfortunately, ran it last night, and it had an error within 15 minutes. Blah. After exhaustive testing, I have ruled out the CPU and the RAM (the fact that they ran stable on another motherboard helped narrow that one down). So I'm gonna RMA this board and get a frickin Abit NF7-S v2 like I should have in the first damn place. Thanks for your help.
