Sounds like you need to keep your stash better hidden, so that your cat can't get into it... in the meanwhile, try some catnip to mellow her out

Yeah I think your cat's selling goods man and my cat must be buying from you 'cause he's literally bouncing off the walls and chasing imaginary enemies.
He's also scrawny and completely uninterested in food but will eat a whole roll of toilet paper without blinking an eye.
