Help me get Max Payne working!

I tried to RTFM at their website, but their FAQ is down. So... I came here as usual.

Problem is this. Weird ghosting and strange artifacts on the screen. I have a Voodoo5 with a P3 700. 512 MB of RAM, and plenty of HD space. V-sync on and off it does this. FSAA is not on.

Any ideas?
