Help me get in to BIOS

I just got a new system built around an ASUS A8V Deluxe and cannot figure out what to press on the keyboard to get into the BIOS!!!@!@!#$@#%

The Del or Delete key should do the trick. If it doesn't, confirm that your keyboard is plugged into the purple-colored PS/2 port and not the green one. If you have a USB keyboard, scrounge up a PS/2 keyboard and use that to start with.

Also, begin tapping the Del key early, they can slip by you pretty quick sometimes

If that fails, consult the motherboard manual. Sometimes it's one of the F keys. My old computer needed you to press and hold F6. But Delete seems to be the standard now.
