i had to repair an install of XP, which overwrites the entire OS. since then, when you load up anything in java in netscape or IE the browser window closes and throws an error. when i goto uninstall it in the add/remove programs, it says failed to load dll: actpanel. when i try to open the setup file to reinstall it, it says it can't install without first uninstalling. so i'm stuck in a loop. please help.
