This isn't really a guess game but Im trying to find a video my friend was recommending to me. I dont know the story but I saw like 10 minutes of it and I will try to describe it:
There were 3 guys that were in some gang and they were trying to murder someone. Then this guy comes in through the door, gets shot in the gut, but is able to beat someone with the door handle. Then some stuff happens that I dont exactly remember. Then the 3 guys (one of them had long hair) try to escape. Then some physco guy tells them something and some guy in a black trench coat outside starts shooting at them. Bullets are flying, the physco guy is running in circles flailing his arms around and the guy that is standing in the middle of the 3 guys(the one with long hair) is getting shot a lot. The guy in the trench coat keeps on pulling out more and more hand guns and eventually runs off. Then the 3 guys spray amonia on the blood and they say something else to the physco guy.
