Hey guys,
After I formatted my harddrive about 6 weeks ago I noticed a dramatic fall in battery life on my notebook computer.
We're talking SIGNIFICANT, 3:45 to maybe an hour, if I'm lucky.
Normally I'd agree with the regular assessment that the battery is simply shot because it's old but I don't believe this to be the case.
Whenever I unplug the battery, the time says 3 hrs 45 minutes remaining, then after about 30 seconds drops.
Is there something draining the battery? What explanation would there be for the battery to say it has tons of time left, then go to barely anything.
