Some company makes an open-sided two-level rack that is just big enough for a motherboard and PSU on one level and some optical drives and a HDD on the other level. It's an open metal frame with two shelves. It looks like a mini bunk-bed. The dimensions are about 18" x 12" x 12" .
It's perfect for having a test system setup on bucause you can change out hardware easily. I don't remember how much they cost or anything else about them. They were available for sale though.
There was a thread about these during the last year that had a link to the website where you could buy them, I don't remember if it was here ar AT or somewhere else.
If anybody could help me fine these I'd sure appreciate it.
