well the second song is by a group called "Brooklyn Bounce," they were pretty big in the mid nineties in the club scene... i think the song is called "the bounce is back" it's probably a remix though....

the first song i recognize but i cant remember what it's called or who the producer is... it pretty much falls into the genre of "nuskool breaks" check out a guy called Dave London as he's put out a few decent mixes in the genre... i'm not a big breaks guy myself, mostly dnb and house for me.. but the one good breaks producers that comes to mind is a guy goes by the name "Hybrid"
