Help me find an article about cyberspace freedom vs censorship

I need to summarize an article concerning cyberspace freedom vs censorship issue.
Restriction is that the article cannot be older than Jan 2000.
I'm having a hard time finding a decent article.
Can somebody help me find a decent one to summarize?
I'd really appreciate it.

Not much direct help, but I know http://slashdot.org has tons of articles relating to your topic

but aren't slashdot's articles written by its users?
The teacher wants the article to come from a reliable / respected source...

No, people send slashdot links to articles written by a variety of sources both reliable and unreliable. The user's posts are simply comments responding to the articles

in that case, how would I find such topic in slashdot?
I mean, do I go to "topics", "journals" ??
I've never been to slashdot so.....can you give me some direction?
The site is way too busy for me.

Click on "topics" at the top left portion of the screen. There'll be a lot of different topics that you can look through, but the related ones will most likely be located in "censorship", "encryption", "privacy", "security", and "the courts"
