Hey, i'm looking for a program that tells you your internet bandwidth. I know there are websites that will tell you but i'm looking for a program that i can run on my pc that will tell me?

I looked through the sticky but didn't see anything.

How do you expect a program to test your bandwidth without downloading or uploading something to the internet?

um...that's what it would test. It would measure my bandwidth usage while download/uploading. 🙂
