Well americas army is starting to get a little choppy. I have a Geforce 3 ti200 . Think I could dump it for like 50 on ebay, and I have about $100. SO about 150. WHat is the best bang for the buck in the $150 RANGE?
 
You can get an ATI Radeon 9500 non-pro for $137 from newegg.com There is also a Radeon 9500 Pro for $178 if you can get a little more for that card.

I'd go for the 9500 Pro if you can fit it in your budget, remember the new ATI line of cards will be released soon so it will probably lower the price a little, some people say 15%. Also check the For Sale/Trade forum because that is a good place to get good deals.
 
Oh yeah, even though in some cases the 4200 beats the 9500, remember that once you turn on AA and AF, the ATI cards dominate.
