I use Straight Talk and Page Plus... page plus $29.95 a month for 1200 minutes, 3000 texts, and 250MB's of data (perfect for my parents and my wife.)

I wonder if the data is enough for my simple needs which are:

Daily browsing of tech sites (m.usatoday.com for example) for about 20 minutes and the rare Google search for an address or phone number. That's it.
No e-mail, no uploading of pics, no facebook/twitter/streaming of any kind.

How would I transfer my existing contacts/texts from a GSM phone to CDMA?

T-Mo $30 100 minutes, 100 texts, 5gb data.

Was using this plan on my Nexus 4, but decided to stick it in my iPhone 4 instead. Even on EDGE, I can stream high quality Pandora better than the Nexus 4 did with HPSA+.

I heard on the radio yesterday that walmart has no contract, unlimited calls/data for $45 month on an iphone 5. You have to buy the phone though. The "geek guru" said it takes 6 months to break even.

This is Straight Talk. I bought a $40 phone just for calls and texts and spend $30 a month.

I wish I had spent a little more and gotten an android or something so I could have a data plan if I ever wanted it.

Any idea how much the iPhone 5 is through Walmart's "the geek guru"?

We're pretty much the asshole of the developed world as far as communication goes.

High prices, and low service.

This is what Americans want and deserve.
