Help me figure out the name of this older arcade game!

It's basically a 3D concept of Tetris. You're in this cube, and you have to align 3 dimensional pieces so that they fit with each other. Each time you allign it perfectly without any holes one section dissapears. If you don't, it just starts building up towards you and eventually you die once it reaches "you".

Was it just called 3D Tetris? I don't think it was but maybe I'm wrong.
 
Hmmm doesn't ring a bell really. I know of a console game for the PSX that went by the name of Cube but I'm not sure if the gameplay matches what you described.
