I want to get rid of the Microsoft Windows option. I use to have this drive set up to dual boot but I just have win2k on it now.

Do I just delete the "Microsoft Windows" portion or the C:\ = "Microsoft Windows"?
Thanks.

[boot loader]
timeout=5
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
C:\ = "Microsoft Windows"

Just a note that this thread is not General Hardware and will probably be locked. Anyway,

[boot loader]
timeout=5
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect

is all that you need.

Or go to win2k, right click my computer, go to advanced, then startup and recovery and set the timer to go 0 seconds and it should skip the boot.ini all together.
