Greeting all,

Just moved to an apartment in TX, and I wasn't really planning on getting a HT system until I moved to a house, but since my neighbors below are younger, and blast music, they probably won't mind a 5.1 setup firing back at them.

I have really taken a liking to the Jamo Systems, but am also open to suggestions. I was considering 4 floorstanding speakers on the four corners but thought it might be overkill due to size. I can acommodate them on either side of my couch (firing inward as the couch is against the back wall) and the front 2 firing in at a 45 degree angle on either side of my entertainment center, and the center channel placed just above my Olevia 42" LCD. My concern is sub placement, as I'm not sure that all of it will fit. My wife is taking photos of the living room to give you a better idea of the entire layout.

I'm looking at these two options, and building from there:

Wall-mount rears, bookshelf fronts. You don't have enough space to put floorstanders because most of them are designed to have at least 2-3 feet between them and the back/side walls.

I attached an image of the back with our little units we have sitting there. What would you think of putting bookshelves on top of them?
