Help me deciding between 845D and 645DX

I was going to get the Asus P4s533 motherboard but after seeing many problems with that motherboard on this forum, I have to think twice. Should I be better going with the Asus P4b266-c. They go for about the same price and I can't find P4 EPoX motherboards here in Montreal. I plan to overclock a P4 1.6a coupled with Samsung PC 2700 with it.
