I want to overclock, but im not going to go to the extreme. This will be my first time overclocking. Help me pick between the 2 of them. Both are similar in price $76-80

MSI K8N NEO4-F - nFORCE4 CHIPSET
EPOX EP-9NPA3 ULTRA - nFORCE4 CHIPSET

Rest of my specs:
graphics card: EVGA N384 GEFORCE 6800 256MB with ZALMAN VF700 cooling fan
memory: 2 x 512MB DDR400 reusing from my old pc
case: Antec SLK 1650b 350w
 
Erm...if you are going to OC...get a Fortron 400W at the very least. That Antec 350 W will be no good for any moderate or above OCing. ALso, if you want to OC (even if it's not extreme) spend a few extra bucks and get the EPoX 9NPA+ Ultra for $105. It's got serious OCing ability (on par with DFI LP Ultra-D) and is very stable.
