Please go Celeron. The Sempron does not perform like you would expect AMD to perform. It comes up short and Intel has been doing this much longer with its Celeron cores than AMD. Trust me on this one. I don't think that there is any relatively computer educated person out there that would outright recommend the Sempron computer.
