But i have been told that the 6800 PCI-E interface "CANT" unlock pipes/Modify

Could you let me know if this is true??this means i have to get the AGP instead??? Because i actually want THE PCI-E interface for the future upgrading! I cant decide please help me!!

THANK YOU

Unless you can afford to get the exact same brand and model of SLI-PCIe nVidia card, the Radeon X850 XT is better except for the very few games that support SLi in the drivers.

ribbon13, what the hell is your problem? He already said he's not talking about SLI. He never even mentioned it once. You joined the forum just a few hours ago and you've already made 63 posts, not one of which is even remotely useful. You don't seem to know the slightest thing about anything you say. Why post?

He did once, I misread his first post. Get over it. Besides, there is a more appropiate forum for this question anyway. And to answer the question, you can't unlock it.

For single card PCIe, ATi is better
