Help me decide on CPU & MB

I'm building a new system and need some advice.
Currently, I have a Radeon 8500 retail, 2 256 sticks of Crucial DDR and a SB Live 5.1 card.

I have been going back and forth on the CPU/MB choices. Here is what I'm considering:

Option 1:
P4 1.6A
Asus P4B266-C
Cost: $250

Option 2:
Same as Option 1, but with a P4 1.8A
Cost: $300

Option 3:
XP 1900
Soyo Dragon +
Cost: $300

Option 4:
Same as Option 3, but with Asus A7V266-E MB
Cost: $300

This system will be used primarily for gaming (UT, RTCW, etc...) and Internet.

I say option 4, the 1900+ and A7V266-E are both very fast and very good products. I haven't used the Soyo Dragon + but have heard good things.
