help me decide + i have some questions

I am stuck between these

Geforce 7900 GS 256mb <-- which will save me some money
Geforce 7950GT 512mb <-- gonna cost a bit more

I have always been on the nvidia side for 2 years now but. . . benchmarks are leading me to ATI . . . i have these in mind for ATI

ATI X1950pro 256mb
ATI X1900XT 256mb

I am stuck wit those videocards

and also got some questions

1) do i benefit from the extra 256mb? cuz i do noe most of those cards are 256bit
2) Which brand to choose??

i will be running on a 27'' HDTV, playing mostly WoW, BF2142
My specs will be:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 w/ ASUS P5B ATX
Corsair Value Select PC2-5300 2X1GB DDR2-667

since its going for $210 CAD

it out performs da 7900gs 256mb

wat do i benefit from extra 256mb of ram ?

If you can get a X1950XT for $280CAD below than would be a better buy but X1950pro is a excellent buy for $210CAD.
