help me decide betwen these two motherboards

Okay. So this is where I'm at. I have pretty much all the parts down except I don't know if i should go for a MATX board with a IGP (ati 1250) or a ATX board with a 2600XT. The HTPC will be playing high-def discs (hd-dvd and blu-ray) So I want to make sure that the graphics chip can handle it.

I realize the price difference betwen them. I'm willing to go the more expensive route if indeed it is much better.

Hi i am also looking to build a somewhat similiar rig for the intended purpose Hmm actually i was looking at this mobo lustily over the past weeks because i heard the maker has a good record when making AMD boards:

go with a cheaper route with hdmi port, then later when hd stuff is properly accelerated then get another pci express card.. with hdmi
