Help me cool my system

I've got an Aopen HX45 with a Katmai 500, Matrox G400, Maxtor DM40+ 30GB, Maxtor 4320 13GB, CDRW, DVD drive.

I've placed a 80mm fan in the front intake slot, and made a blowhole, with a 80 mm fan, in the side panel at the bottom, drawing air in.
I've put a 80mm at the top blowing out the top 5 1/4 drive bay, and reversed the PSU fan, so it's also blowing out.

My case temp is 37 C, it went down from 39 C when I made the blowhole, and put the top fan in, what else can I do ?

Round those cables and get them out of the way. Personally I would ditch the front intake case fan and replace it a HD baycooler. The air flow through the case should be in one general direction.

Another approach could be: an blow hole on the side panel w/a 120mm (quiet) fan blowing on the top of the CPU/video card area and another one at the top of the case sucking the air out. (simpler + quieter)
