Help me cool my processor?

i've got a phenom x4 9650 processor. i' m in India as summer, my pro is getting hotter n hotter
it is reaching nearly 65~72C in the day time. in the noon time, it just hangs of and does not even start till i cool it with a wet a cloth. mine is zebronics pulsar cabinet. no other cooling equipment except pro's fan n two chassis fans. i want to buy a cooler master fan for my pro. does this really works?

I just googled your case and case air flow is a problem with that one. Do you plan to modify the side panel for the new fan or exactly where are you going to mount it? Personally I'd remove the side panel so air can exchange in the case. With the side panel removed you might use a common house fan to blow air inside the case. People in the west are spoiled by central air so it's difficult to understand the conditions you are in so don't be surprised by some of the answers you get here.
