Help me configure snapstream!

I'm using snapstream PVS to record shows to my HD using my TV tuner. I had it working on my old K6II-475, but the processor couldn't keep up with the video encoding, so I haven't messed with it in a while.

I just built a new box (See sig for specs) running windows XP professional, and downloaded snapstream 2.0. I finally have the horsepower, but now I can't seem to reconfigure it to work. Every time I try to record a show, snapstream locks up and I end up having to reboot.

Any thoughts? Does anyone else use this software?

PS - My tv Tuner is a Hauppage WinTV-Go.
