They all freakin run away once they get to 20 feet of me. Sometimes it's like they know I'm coming even before I walk into the building. I try bathing multiple time, but something is still giving me away.

Just be yourself, but try to cover up some of your bad habits. Don't go crazy if a female shows interest in you. Not too fast, not too slow...once you know/think that the girl is interested in you, ask her out. Try a lot, and eventually you'll get the hang of it and succeed.

It could be because you're staring at them in a scary way. You also might need new clothes, depending on what your current style is. And a haircut, if it looks particuarly bad now.
