Help me chose a PDA

I'm looking for a PDA mainly to surf the net, listen to mp3s, and maybe what an mpeg movie once in a while. I've been looking at a Dell Axim X3i and the X5. The max i wanna spend on it is $350. I'm not sure if i want to get a pocket pc or a palm os pda, but i used my friends 300mhz Dell Axim x3 so right now i'm leaning toward a pocket pc.

Are you a college student? If so you can get a 10% discount on ipaq's at hp.com. Also there is a $50 coupon code available if you fill out a survey. You can PM me for the code or any questions. I just got a 4350 for $394.

With those discounts the 4150 can be had for $349.61 and the 2210 for $305.11.

Yes. : ) h4150 or if you want a built in kbd h4350.

yes i am a college student and it does look good. Can you tell me the difference between the Dell Axim X3i and the 4150 and the 4350. On review sites all three of these get good ratings.

The 4150 and x3i are pretty much the same. The 4150 has wi-fi and bluetooth... the x3i only has wi-fi. The 4350 is basically a 4150 with a thumb keyboard at the bottom of it. I'll find some links for the Ipaq's since i'm assuming you've seen the x3i at dell's site.

Ipaq 4150

Ipaq 4355

I've never used it... but I hear it allows you to connect your pda to cell phones, keyboards, printers, or other devices that have bluetooth.

If the 4155 and x3i are both about the same cost wise I would get the 4155. It's slimmer and doesn't look like a book. But that's just me.🙂

Edit: For all the Pocket PC information you want take a look at the brighthand.com forums.
