The Corsair Force GT can actually be had at bestbuy.com for $400, and there seems to be a few reviews that praise the drive. I haven't seen much on the SanDisk drive though, but I imagine them to be very similiar. Just thought I'd ask the opinion of AT before splurging on a SSD for the PC in my sig.

Go for the SanDisk.

They're both SF-2281 based drives and both will be running the same SandForce firmware. The Corsair uses ONFI synchronous NAND while SanDisk uses it's own toggle NAND. Toggle NAND has proved to be faster than ONFI synchronous NAND.

So SanDisk is a smidge faster and cheaper. The controller and firmware is the same on both.

The NAND might not be as good, but I would pick a corsair ssd over something from SanDisk. And in particular, I've heard pretty good things over the past year or two about the force gt (as opposed to the regular force series).
