Help me choose!

I'm not trying to be too fancy because I don't have a lot of time. I was planning to sprinkle salt / pepper and coat the steak with the sauce for a couple of hours. Any quick tips?
 
Sweet Baby Ray's it is! I'll put the steak in the oven now because it says coat the steak in the last 15 minutes.
