I'm gonna get new wheels, cause I need to replace my tires soon, and I thought I might as well get new wheels too. 😀

Looking at these so far..

#4

- not a ricer, beefed up the suspension tho 😉

i don't know sh!t about rims, but aside from the color of #1, they all look very similar. just get the cheapest one.

oh yah, and just in case you didn't notice, 2 of the wheels are the 5-hole pattern, the other two are 4-hole. don't know if each model is offered in both drill patterns, but just a heads up.

You are absolutely correct. Your car will outhandle my car. I have had TWO Civics in my life.

However, my truck weighs 2.5x what your car weighs, I can drive thru 24 inches of water and my tires come up to your side-view mirror.

Got insurance? 😀 Got Insurance?

Those are 285/75-16s. About 18 inches of air under the truck. 😀

I know, but they come in both 5-lug or 4-lug patterns. They can't show pictures of every combination can they? 😛

I do. 😛

I normally avoid larger trucks anyways. It's not really a concern when it's bumper to bumper traffic everywhere you go too. 🙂

Ill sell you some 16" White Motegi MR7's (motegi site).

Mine have less than 3,000 miles on rims and tires, at least 95% tread.

If you don't buy mine, buy some white mr7's anyway, sweetest rims 🙂

Too many people have Motegi MR7s here at UCI. I've seen them on every car imaginable.

They're nice though, but I only like that darker gray color it comes in.

I dont think white rims go with a Silver Car

Silver goes with silver Gunmetal possibly goes with silver dependnig on the style

Very true. I've heard these 5zigen wheels are quite light though. On the otherhand, I can get a set for about the same price that weigh in around 11-12lbs each as well.

Don't like em. I'm looking for a more simple/clean look. I'm also going to be getting them in 15" sizes due to pricing of tires.

Racing Hart M5's don't get any more simple.
if you're gonna get 15"s just get the SI rims.

those always look sweet.

Number 4, plus I don't think adding rims to any car makes it a ricer.

Back in the days when I used to modify cars one of the first things we did was add aftermarket wheels. Back then it was called Hot Rodding, the only difference now is they work with 4 cylinders & V6s, and we worked on V8s.

I agree. Just cause I have a Civic I wanna modify, doesn't mean it's rice. I mean, I'm looking for a mid to late 60s Pontiac GTO convertible to restore also. 🙂

Good Luck, they are getting rare. I had a 65 GTO that I was pro-streeting and ended up selling the car before it was done.
