Help me choose RAM

I recently purchased an Athlon 64-M 3200+ (oc'd to 2.3GHz) and an ASRock K8S8X mobo from a member of the Anandtech forums. I'm trying to figure out what type of RAM I should be buying. So far my best options look to be either 1GB OCZ Performance Series PC3500:

or 1GB OCZ Enhanced Latency PC3200 Platinum Edition (which I would buy from someone used, but in good shape...if I can get ahold of him that is):

Any thought on the matter?
Any other suggestions?
Which is better, the lower latency or the higher bandwidth for a gamer like me?
Anyone know where to get 2-2-2 memory cheap (although I'm not expecting that!)

I got the PC4000 version it is nice ram but it is limited when overclocking it

Why is it so limited in OCing? The higher latency?

basicly it is an overclocked pc3200 ram and higher legacy gives you more overclocking capability lower on the other hand doesnt
