You're to fvcking ignorant.

Dude, don't get the Camry, please.

I'd either get the Buick or Grand Prix!

i'm pretty sure the comment of someone who can't even spell and says dude is really valuable. :disgust:

Who cares what we think, what do YOU like? Test drive them all and go with the one that you like the best. Things like reliability and such are less important for company vehicles, so it's even easier.

The thing about cars is that it's a really personal choice. We have the guys saying anything but the Camry is crap, and the guy blowing a fuse about how great domestics are. Who's to say what a "good car" is, as you can see, it's pretty subjective.

In all honesty the Camry is not an option, like I said the fiancee has one and it is slower than a dog. Right now I have it narrowed down to the Equinox or the LaCrosse. I was really impressed with the power and feel of the LaCrosse, the interior was far superior in appointments than the Equinox or any other car I have looked at. The Equinox from a utility standpoint is superior. I will have a trunk full of catalogs, sample products, etc so load will be a semi issue. I would say there will be at least 100-150 lbs of material in the trunk at all times.

dear ignorant atot car fools.

listen, you may be foreign vehicle car humpers but if you look at the choices he has, just because its a toyota doesnt mean "omg its an awesome car" the buick in all honesty will be a better driver, more refined and smooth of a vehicle. it has power and the ride to back it up. julesmaximus, i wish ONE TIME, just ONCE you would shove your fvcking tounge down your throat and stop being a completely ignorant foreign vehicle car whore. please take a look at what is actually being offered, sure ill admit in the past domestic vehicles suck compared to foreign, but before that foreign cars sucked HORRIBLE ass compared to domestics. Seth is doing the right thing, but yet the wrong thing. do NOT post on atot about cars go to a car forum for that atot has a bunch of car enthusiast posers. most of us talk out of our asses when it comes to cars. however you are doing the right thing by going out and test driving each and every car.

MIKE

Hey, I think the best car of the bunch is the Camry. What can I say? I actually looked at the Camry before we bought our '03 Nissan Maxima but it didn't compare at all quite frankly. No American car came close to the Maxima at the price I paid either. I looked at them all too.

I think the Buick would probably be my second choice out of the bunch even though I think it is about as interesting as a Camry or any of the other cars on the list. You certainly can't say that a Pontiac GP is more interesting than a Camry. That's like saying a mr. goodbar is more interesting than a nestle crunch. In the end they're both still candy bars and neither one is ever going to be chocolate mousse.

Edit-I'm about the most biased car person you'll ever meet. I'm in my 30s and I worked for years with these types of cars in the car rental industry and it made me biased. I will never apologize for it though. 😀 I have experience behind my bias at least.

haven ridden or driven half the GM cars on that list (my company goes through a lot of rental cars), all I have to say is GM passenger cars are still crappy, sorry. I could almost swear fisher price was GM's interior parts supplier. Their fanboy acclaimed 3.8L V6 is also mediocre, and for how much dohmestic guys talk about torque, the 3.8 is also nothing special there. The also tranny sometimes jerks when shifting even when just cruising around.

Now, the cars are all usable and I wouldn't turn away a free one, but it's beyond me why anyone would buy one even as low as half the sticker price on these things. Having also driven the camry, I don't particularly care for that either and I'd never buy one, but given the choice of one free car on that whole list, that would be it.
