Help me choose between these two 20" flat screen tv's **POLL**

I own a 50" Panasonic Plasma that resides in the living room, but the tv in question is for the spare bedroom and does'nt have to be fancy

What's the better of the 2 tv's not looking at price?

Eh... both have stereo sound, s-video and composite inputs... I'd go for the cheaper (without seeing the picture quality in person).

my gf has that philips. its not a bad tv. component input does make a difference, even on a small tv.
