Help me choose a socket 775 board that meets these requirements

I'm looking for a 775 motherboard that fits my needs, but there is so much choice out there and I get so far researching a model before realizing it it doesn't do something I need or just over my budget (under £75 if poss - i'm in the UK).

I'm sure the knowledgeable folks in here can help me narrow it down. My requirements:

  • On board graphics. I need a DVI port and support for decent resolution (22" TFT). I DON'T play games or need HD video playback, so will happily opt for lower spec IGP if it will save a bit of cash.
  • Gigabit ethernet. Must support Wake-on-LAN
  • 6+ SATA ports
  • Digital co-ax out header
  • No on-board fans - i'm looking to keep things quiet. I would also like the BIOS to have temp based fan control for CPU and system fans, as well as support EIST
  • low overall power consumption if possible

I'll be using an E5200 CPU if thats relevant.
